1. What NeverMissHealth is

NeverMissHealth is a screening-reminder service. We turn your answers to a health questionnaire into a personal timeline of cancer screenings, based on public guidelines (USPSTF, ACS, NCCN and specialty societies), and send you reminders when they're due. We are not a medical provider, and using NeverMissHealth does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on NeverMissHealth is a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical care. Our recommendations reflect general public guidelines applied to the information you provide — they are not personalized medical judgments. 3. Payment and pricing

NeverMissHealth is a one-time payment for lifetime access to your dashboard and reminders — there is no subscription. Founding pricing is limited: the price increases as a fixed number of spots at each tier sell out, tracked in real time. Adding a family member is a separate one-time payment per person. All prices are shown in USD before you pay, and are computed and verified on our servers — we never trust a price sent from your browser.

4. Refunds

If NeverMissHealth isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 30 days of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Screening reminders are only useful if your answers are honest and your dob/history are accurate — you can update them any time from your settings.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use NeverMissHealth to store or transmit anything unlawful, to impersonate someone else, or to attempt to access another person's account or data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use NeverMissHealth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
