NeverMissHealth is not a medical provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or rule out any condition. It never tells you that you have, or likely have, cancer or any other disease.

What we actually do

We read public cancer-screening guidelines published by recognized bodies — the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), the American Cancer Society (ACS), the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), and the specialty societies that own particular areas (for example ACG for the upper gut, AASLD for the liver, ATA for the thyroid) — and apply them to the information you give us: your age, sex, family history, lifestyle, and anything you've noticed about your body. The result is a timeline of which screenings those guidelines suggest for someone like you, and when. We then remind you when a screening is due.

We are equally explicit about the other side of that: for most cancer types no screening test exists that helps people at average risk, and some tests are actively recommended against. Where that is the case we say so and give you the warning signs instead of inventing an appointment. Cancers where a test only helps a narrow high-risk group are labelled as such, and the exact schedule for those belongs to your specialist.

Our language, on purpose

You'll see phrases like "guidelines suggest" and "worth discussing with a doctor" throughout NeverMissHealth. That's deliberate. We're describing what public guidelines recommend, not making a judgment about your individual health. Only a licensed clinician, with a full examination and history, can do that.

Optional document analysis

If you upload a DNA test or blood work, our AI-generated summary highlights patterns worth tracking or discussing with a doctor — it does not interpret your results clinically, and it is not a lab report review by a physician. Bring the original results to any doctor's appointment.

If you notice symptoms

If you're currently experiencing symptoms that concern you, please see a doctor directly rather than waiting on a reminder from us. NeverMissHealth is built for routine, guideline-based screening — not urgent care.

In an emergency

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use NeverMissHealth as a substitute for emergency care.
